How To Make Pepperoni Pizza!!

Today we're gonna make together

Pepperoni pizza

of course pizza is not a healthy food that you want to eat everyday, but may once in a while you will want to treat yourself with one of those :D so make sure it would be a worthy meal with our pepperoni pizza ;)

The Ingredients

1. Pizza dough - (see How to make 

pizza dough for a suitable recipe from Here)

2. 2 ounces sliced pepperoni

3. 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

4. Jar of pizza sauce

5. 2 teaspoons of olive oil

6. 2 cups of mushrooms (4 ounces)

7. Herbs such as oregano and thyme

The procedures

1. Preheat the oven. The oven should be very

hot (240ºC/475ºF).

2. Prepare the pizza dough.

 Roll the dough and

place on the pizza pan.

• Spray the pan if it's non-stick; this

will prevent it from sticking to the pan.

• Make sure to spread it out into a circle;

the size of the circle depends on the size

of your pizza.

• A rolling pin will help you to make the

dough even. Roll the edges of the dough slightly

to create the crust; the more you roll, the

thicker your crust will be.

3. Spread the tomato sauce across the pizza.

Keep it spread evenly across the pizza.

4. Arrange the pepperoni across the pizza base.

If it's not already sliced, do this first.

Arrange around the pizza so that it covers

the entire base. Avoid overhanging from the

edges.

• Either add randomly or aim to add the

pepperoni in descending smaller circles around

the pizza from the outside to the inside of

the pizza base.

5. Add flavorful toppings for a fun twist on

classic pepperoni pizza, pineapple, mushrooms,

peppers, sardines... The possibilities are

endless!

6. Grate the mozzarella over the pepperoni. Keep

it even.

7. Put the pizza in the preheated oven. Bake

for approximately 20 minutes but keep an eye

on it to avoid burning.

8. Slice and serve!
