Today we’re making Korean apple mint kimbap!
The ingredients
2.
4 cups of rice
3.
1 cos lettuce
4.
1 apple
5.
5 strips of yellowpickled radish
6.
1 bell pepper
7.
A handful of mint
8.
Mayonnaise
9.
Salt
The Procedures
1.
Put the 4 cups of
rice into a pot
2.
rinse and drain until water is clear
3.
add 3 cups of water
and cook the rice
4.
wash your 1 lettuce,
mint, apple and bell pepper thoroughly
5.
slice the yellow
pickled radish thinly
6.
slice the bell
pepper into strips
7.
slice the apple
thinly
8.
put your rice into a
large bowl
9.
mix rice with a
pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
10. lightly toast the seaweed sheets over a low
heat
11. evenly spread the cooked rice leaving 2 inches
on one side of the seaweed uncovered
12. place lettuce and spread mayonnaise
13. Place the yellow pickled radish Korean food
playlist, apple, mint and bell pepper in the center of the rice.
14. Roll the seaweed and rice tightly over the
filling
15. Moisten the edge of the seaweed to seal the
roll.
16. Put some sesame oil on the finished rolls.
17. Cut into bite-size pieces
And enjoy!
